Sexy little sandal,
I was looking for a flattering sandal for the summer that gave me a little heel without being unbearable to walk in and this sandal has, with a short break-in period, been just that. The heel height is just high enough to give you nice lift without being ‘inappropriately too high’ for the work setting. The leather is premium quality with nice thick straps and supple texture. The criss-crossing across the foot and ankle looks great and the zipper in the back is a nice touch.
Most of the reviews of this shoe said that you should get a half size larger than you normally wear and I can definitely attest to that. I normally wear a size 8 in dress shoes so I got an 8.5 for this sandal. However, even the 8.5 is a touch snug and I might even go up another half size (but that size was out of stock in black). But since the leather is so soft, I figured I’d give the show a try and hope that it breaks in to give me a little extra room and it has. I did get a blister on the back of my heel from the extra leather backing behind the zipper on the first day I wore them because the ankle area was a bit tight but I’ve been wearing a bandaid with them and that remedied the issue. Now that I’ve worn the shoes maybe 4-5 times, the leather is stretched out nicely and I don’t have to wear the bandaid anymore. The only other thing that is a downside for this shoe is the ultra smooth leather sole. I would imagine that I will eventually have to put a different sole on the bottom when it wears down more and I definitely wouldn’t want to wear them across a smooth wet floor.
But all in all, this shoe is great for the summer and beautiful with all kinds of outfits whether it be dressy or casual.

Shoes are exceptionally comfortable and fit well. Fit true to size. Straps around he ankle are a bit loose – which is why I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Walked and danced in them quite a bit on the first wear. No issues whatsoever!

A friend of mine had a pair of these shoes and recommended them to me. I’m 5′ 9 and usually find heels, even wedges hurt me by the end of the day, but these fit like a glove and are actually comfortable. They look fantastic on too. I want another pair in another color. Highly recommended.
